About Us
The Roof Masters is a family-owned and operated business that started from humble beginnings. Rudy and Rosa’s hard work and dedication have led to the company’s growth, which now has four office locations and 120 hardworking employees. Their journey began in their garage, and through their tireless efforts, they have achieved a remarkable level of success. At the start, Rudy worked as the salesman, material driver, and foreman, while Rosa ran the administrative duties while also working a full-time job at The City of Oceanside in the Information Technology Department. Balancing full-time work, running a business, and being parents was no easy task. The Roof Masters is a true testament to the power of perseverance and a remarkable illustration of what can be accomplished through hard work and determination.
